Upon Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for our team to prepare you for your reservation and for you to complete any necessary paperwork.

SPA RIVIER Client Medical History Form

If you are new to SPA RIVIER, you will be asked to fill out a confidential client Medical History Form.  You can print the form, fill it out and bring it with you when you come for your first appointment.

This form provides our team with the information needed to administer the treatments safely and without complication. Conditions such as pregnancy (or the possibility thereof), recent surgery or various other conditions can conflict with certain treatments and it is in your best interest to complete the necessary medical history form.

All information collected is strictly confidential and is only shared with the Spa Technician who will be performing your treatment.

Age Requirements

All clients must be at least 16 years of age, to receive spa treatments unless accompanied by an adult.

Children

SPA RIVIER is a place for you to relax and enjoy personal care and attention. For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we ask that you do not bring children into the spa area.

CancelLations

We request the courtesy of at least 72-hour cancellation notice on all spa packages and group bookings and at least 24 hours’ notice on all service bookings. Any missed appointments, or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment or package rate.

Arriving Late

Late arrivals may require us to cancel or reduce the length of treatment with full charges applied. This policy has been established to ensure that subsequent treatment times are not affected by a previous client’s late arrival. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in regard to this policy.

No Shows

Clients who fail to show for a service appointment will be asked to provide 50% of payment upfront when they are booking their next service – no exceptions will be provided.

All Prices are subject to change without notification.

Please remember to turn off cell phones, and personal music systems before entering the spa area.
