Spa Rivier is a full service wellness spa and salon that thrives in the downtown core of Quesnel. A few blocks away from where the two Rivers meet. The Fraser River is represented in our logo as the big blue wave, while the small green wave represents the Quesnel River.
A family run business that has continually grown and diversified. Donna and her team have moved towards health and wellness, where true beauty is more than a look, but a lifestyle.

Spa Rivier is on the leading edge of client service programs in the industry. Spa Rivier leads the pack in customer loyalty programs, giving our loyal clients approximately 2% back on all purchases and services. Clients can redeem their loyalty dollars on any regular priced service or product. No need for holding onto punch cards or concerning yourself with tracking your expenditures, our computer system tracks it all for you and your loyalty dollars show on your till receipt, along with your next appointment.
Rebooking your next service ensures you a hassle free booking, with the times that serve you best and with the service provider that you most prefer, and the bonus is that you receive as much as 10% off of those services. These simple steps can save you time and money at each visit. No need to worry about forgetting your appointment our system will give you a quick text or email 48 hours in advance to confirm and remind you of your appointment.
Spa & Salon Etiquette
We ask our guest to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This ensures ample time to check in ,change, and start or update your client file. If you arrive late, please understand that your treatment may still end as scheduled, in consideration of the next guest.
To ensure relaxation and tranquility we kindly ask that you respect the quietude of the Spa. Thank you for understanding why cell phones, small children and infants should not be brought upstairs to the Spa.
We are proud to offer an environment of tranquility and serenity, and ask that you turn off cellular phones before entering the Spa. A courtesy phone is available if a call needs to be made, and we will gladly take any imperative messages.
Cancellation Policies: We require 24 Hours notice for service cancellations, however emergency morning cancellations are accepted.
All No Show appointments will be charged 50% of service costs booked
Gift certificates also have a cash value, therefore you may change, add, or alter them and pay any price difference. After the expiry date they revert to a cash value for another full year. Gift certificates will not be tracked after 2 years.

Spa Package Etiquette
Our gift certificates are fully transferable and interchangeable but not redeemable for cash. Gift package certificates are good for one year regardless of any price changes.
